Glad to meet you again ,I want to talk something about what I watched on TV yesterday evening.
I watched CCTV-9 around 9 PM,there just was talking some issues about the BIZ-China.As you know,China-Stock is crazy now.The reporter did some visitings on the retail-investors.They said though there was some risk to invest the shares,but the stock-marketing was crazy,the vision of stock was so beautiful and they also believed that Government could control this risk.So more and more retial-inverstors were involved into the stock-marketing.The specialists fingered out that there was some bubble of the stock-marketing,the retail-investors should be careful of this and invest reasonably.
Another topic was about the Study-abroad.In China,more and more parents believe that if they send their children to study abroad,their children will have a better chance to get a good job than the children studying in Mainland.At the same time their childen will enrich their experience and know more about differient cultures.The reporter did some visitings on the teachers,parents,students and specialists.The specialists fingered out that parents should not send their children to study abroad when they younger than 15 old,because they might not control their mind by themselves and distinguish what is helpful to them when they were abroad alone.

Firstly, I also believe there was some bubble of the stock-marketing. And Maybe several days later,the goverment will adjust the stock market.
I think I'll send my son to study abroad if I have so many money.Because I graduated from my university 3 years ago, I know we learned nothing from our campus. In other country, our child maybe also study nothing but english.It's enough.You know,english is very important. But 18-years-old is the best age,I think.
Mandy,I agree with what you said.If I have enough money,I also want my child to get the best education and to live better than others.But,the pre-condition is I have enough money...
I think the stock market has already tremendous foam in China Mainland. But the foam will keep a period of considerable length. A-Share market rises quickly and continued time is very short in each bull market. eg: 1993, 1996-1997, 2000-2001. But it falls quickly(Sometimes slowly) and continued time is very long in each bear market. eg: 1993-1995, 1998-1999, 2002-2005.
Historic experience points out the crazy market stands for the high-point will be arrived.
Up to now, stock market can't still mirror of China economy in truth.
Shane,I think you may be a retail-investor,are you?or a specialist?Dasiy you should ask for some suggestion from Shane,I think what she said is right.
I know little about the stock market, so I'd better never touch it. Besides,I think it's like a gamble game, some guys win money others lose their fortune...but eventually big fish eats small fish, fast fish eats slow fish...

Don't you think junior high school is a very key periond for one person when he is younger than 15 old?I agree with the specialist's opinon that young men of this age might not control their mind by themselves and distinguish what is helpful to them when they were abroad alone,especially their parent are not emigrator with them...
in addition,I think I have learned much from the four years's study in university,the most important aspect I gained is the ability of self study,it'll be benefit for my all life...
Daisy,I agree with your opinion on "self study skill" when in university.But what Mindy said is not entirely wrong.The knowledge taught is very past,but the skill the way we thinking is never past.All of us are benefit from it for ever.
Hi Daisy, I didn’t say send my child abroad before his 15-years-old.You are right. I also think it’s earlier for him. But after 18-years-old, it’s OK. Then they are adult. They can good take care of himself.
Besides, what you’ve learned in university is barely used now. “study by yourself” is a method, isn’t it? You don’t say if you didn’t go to university, you can’t study by yourself.
Sunshine, I agree the top universities in the world is really better than the famous universities of china, but our famous universities in china should be better than many middling universities abroad…
on the other hand, in general foreign universities have much advantage of graduate student education than universities of china indeedly, so we would encourage my son to apply for graduate student’s scholarship of foreign universities after his graduate, but of course, the precondition is : all of the study fee should be obtained by himself, this is myself and my husband’s opnion.
Mandy,As you said, what I’ve learned in university is barely used in my directly work now indeedly, but I think the biggest gain from my study in university is the ability and method of self study, please note,my emphasis is the ability and method, not self study itself, don’t you agree with the abililty and method of studying knowledge is important than knowledge itself in a certain extent? Especially to us in IT field…

Everybody has right to choose different way, it is not necessary to be same,
No doubt, China grows up very quickly, but other country such as India, some Europe countries also develop very well, and at the same time some people like to go around the world, this world need communication between different cultures, and there are a lot of ways of culture communication, to study abroad is a good way, if you love this game, why not to play it? on the other hand, it is also a truth, it is possible that one world, one language by technical method, there will have no any communication difficulty on the point of language.
Yes, I agree finished the middle school in China and go university abroad. But in such a fast growing economy, china has many chances today. We should think about the purpose of going aboard. If to be rich and have a happier life is our purpose, I don’t think study in foreign country would be the only and best choice. It depends on if you can find and grasp the opportunity besides you.
• I have many classmate and friends study and living aboard. Some of them find their careers their and the others want to come back to china. Especial for one girl work in London whose study subject is almost the same to mine, we used to discuss about some ideas and share some paper on the internet. Now she is working in a famous diamond factory and making good money. I think she deserves for it, because she spend unimaginable hard time along in a foreign country. Her hard working has some result, where is mine? There is no time for us to be lost in the Norwegian woods…
